This policy describes how Steris handles business contact information submitted through this website.
Information we collect
Inquiry forms may collect name, work email, phone, facility name, country, care setting, and message content. These fields support product, service, and documentation responses. Do not submit patient identifiers or other protected health information.
How we use information
Business contact details are used to respond to demo requests, IFU or UDI documentation requests, service plan questions, and Design Gallery workshops. Information may be shared with Steris field, regulatory, or authorized partner teams solely for that purpose.
HIPAA and remote support
When remote sessions may expose PHI, a Business Associate Agreement is executed before connection. Steris service notes are written to exclude patient identifiers. Energy, utilization, and asset telemetry used in Design Gallery planning are not PHI when patient identifiers are excluded.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained only as long as needed for the business relationship, complaint handling, or applicable legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized according to Steris retention schedules.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of business contact details by emailing [email protected]. Marketing opt-out requests are honored separately from transactional service communications.
Updates
We may update this privacy policy as laws or site features change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective context for professional users.
